In my form, I am selling products and have a dropdown where customers can select a sales person. I would like to be able to filter based on the sales person and the product. I.E - How many items of product 1 did sales person 1 sell? How many items of product 1 were sold total? How much did sales person 1 sell in total?

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can get this information from our Reports feature. Specifically, the Visual Reports. Also, you can add a filter to only report products sold within a specific date. For more information about filtering submissions, please refer to this guide.

Give it a try, and let us know if it will suit your needs.

Are you able to pull data from the products field? It doesn't look like I can separate the date from this column:

    Hello Alex,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes. It's possible to pull the report on your Product list field; however, please note that this will include all products selected on your product list and will disregard if they are purchased from your specific salesperson. To achieve your desired result, you can apply a filter on your submission table based on your Salesperson field. Let me show you how:

    • In the Submission table, click the Filter button next to the search bar.
    • Choose your preferred field and the specific answer. Then, click on Apply Filter.
    • Click the dropdown under your Product list column and select Summarize with a Chart.
    • Change the chart preview to your preferred and that's it!

This should allow you to view which products and total quantity are based on the specific salesperson that you filtered.

Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.
