I embedded everything, looked great. Went into my website and tested form as a potntial client and my site says this after I hit submit button on jot form.
" Sorry! only one entry is allowed." What does this mean and how can I fix the issue. Need this working asap!

This means that maybe you have set a form limit or maybe you have cloned a form that has this settings enabled. This is used when you want to put submission limits to your clients so your form won't reach it monthly limit. This can be changed under Preferences > Form Limits > Submissions Limit.
You can also check the Unique submissions if its enabled or not. Unique submissions is use to make sure user is not double sending a form and also this prevent spam messages. Please follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
