The Venmo payment system is not working for one of our forms. It does work however for our other forms. We are getting an "Instrument Declined" message when making a payment through Venmo. This has happened with multiple individuals.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please try disconnecting the payment integration and then connecting it back again to see if this would work?
I have cleared your form cache to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors on the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Alex,
Could you try switching your Venmo integration to a different payment gateway and back to Venmo? Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
- Click on Payments.
- Scroll down to Venmo and click on the three vertical dots icon on the right side of Venmo.
- Click on Switch to another gateway.
- Select a different payment gateway.
- Click on Use Selection.
- Click on Ok.
After switching between payment integration, please connect your Venmo account once again. If the issue still persists, could you share with us your browser console log when the error message is shown?
