Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It’s easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1 - In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2 - Click on Show More Options.
3 - Scroll down and enable the Password Protection option.
4 - Set the password.

Hi Ravi. The email address is not fixed. It can be different for each submission. I was hoping that the Team would receive an email and then open the form and either close it out or assign it to an investigator. See image below.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. May we ask for the link to the form you are referring to so we can check? To clarify, are you inquiring about adding different passwords for each submissions? Unfortunately, this is not currently an available functionality.
Or do you want to change the form recipient depending on the respondents answer to the form? It is possible to send different email alerts using Conditional Logic to select the email template and change the recipients based on the form filler’s answer or selection on the form. This is possible with the "Change Email recipient" condition. See below:
