How do I print out a blank application form?

how do you print out a blank application form ?

we've tried it however, all the boxes are not placed in the correct position

Hi Janine,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Print Button to your form and print it easily. Let me show you how.: 

• Open your form in Form Builder, then click the Submit button’s gear icon to open the properties panel.
• Go to the Advanced tab.
• Set the Print Button option to “On”.

• After that, open your form in Preview Mode, then scroll down to the bottom of the form.
• Click on Print Form, and that’s it.
