We have a form for overtime submission and we would like for the individual that submitted the form to get a copy emailed to them. Do I need to set up a separate from for each person or is there a way for them to add their email address tot he form to get a copy? I reviewed the auto-responder FAQ however it seems that if I follow those directions I would be the one getting all the emails.

Hello cchfd,
If I understand your question correctly, you want to send a submission email to the person who submitted your form. Is that correct?
You need to just add a form auto responder in your form and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Hope this helps.
