Hello Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Try this one. Add an Image field at the very top of your form. Upload the image that you want to appear when you share the form.
Next, scrape your form using the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool.
- First, enter the form URL.
- Click on the Debug button.
- Click on the Scrape Again button.
- Check the Link Preview.
- Try sharing your form if it displays the same image on the Link Preview.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Carlos,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. I also made some tests on your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
We appreciate your patience.

Hello Carlos,
I can see that my colleague has escalated it to our back-end team for further investingation; however, I've tested the clone version of your form by adding a Sample image and it was showing the form's image when shared on Facebook. Here's the link to my form.
Please first add an image or logo to your form and then use this FB Debugger tool to update its preview. Just enter the form link then click the Debug button. If the Link Preview shows the updated form title/image then you're good to go, if not, click the Scrape Again button as explained by my colleague Lesther.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Chitocano85.
Thank you for your patience. You can easily add a link thumbnail to your form link by following the steps. You can pass the first step if you already have a logo in the form.
1. Adding Logo to Your Form
- Go to form builder and open your form
- Click the “Add Your Logo” button on the page’s top.
- Add an image with the right panel
2. Restriction Check
Right now your form link thumbnail is ready. But social media platforms have some restrictions on this thumbnail. You should care about this restriction when uploading a form logo to your form. If the uploaded logo is not suitable, Jotform’s logo will visible as the thumbnail instead of your form logo.
Check out these “How to Change a Preview Image when you Share a Form on Social Media” for the thumbnail restrictions of social media platforms.
Let us know if you have any questions.
