Schedule weekly email of Excel or CSV reports

    Hello,

    Is there a function to schedule automatic weekly emails of all the submissions for a specific report?

    I tried to create a report with a grid, but not all the columns appear. This is a report that will be shared with finance.

    Sorry - this is not what I was looking for.

    At the end of each week I would like to receive a spreadsheet listing all the submissions for my Invoice Form. I can create a table and download the information. How can I make it so the table is sent to my email without having me login to Jotform and download the report each week?

    Hi SAC-OAC,

    Thank you for clearing this up for us. Unfortunately, what you were trying to do is not yet possible. For now, it is not an option for users to have an automatic email containing weekly submission reports. As a workaround, you may consider my colleagues' suggestion to set an autoresponder email with your email and set it to be sent to you after a week. You can include the excel report link in the email.

    This way, an email will automatically be sent to you after a week. But please note that you will receive an email of every submission of your forms.
