Hi,
That usually involves Flash animation or an animated GIF with time delay before redirecting or loading a page.
What I am saying is, it might not be something that you will need to do on your jotform -- but on the web page instead (which usually where the jotform is embedded).
We have guides on how to embed jotform to flash website.
1. https://www.jotform.com/help/129-Add-a-Form-to-Flash
2. https://www.jotform.com/help/36-Adding-Form-to-Dreamweaver
and here is another guide on how to add time delay on redirection/loading of page
https://www.jotform.com/help/203-How-to-Auto-popup-a-Lightbox-Form
You can test the demo page here (with 5 secs delay)
It will also help us provide more appropriate suggestion if you can share to us the URL of your website where you intend to use jotform.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
