That is probably happening when the IP address you came from recently had bad activity online, so CloudFlare presents a challenge before you can access the website. I have added your IP 196.210.212.172 to our white list. Please check it again this time. If you're also using proxies with your browsers, I would suggest to try the default settings and recheck.
If the problem still persists, let us know here.
Thanks!

Hi Elton
Thanks for your response! It's happening again this morning, not sure why? So the form is accessible but the graphics don't pull through…
I'm working on a mac, I think it uses a dynamic IP? This is my IP this morning: 196.209.217.115. And I'm not using a proxy.
Thanks!
Below is a screenshot of what happens…

I have added this IP 192.209.217.115 to our whitelist. In the mean time if you see the message again please complete the steps by filling in the code shown on the screen so the IP you are using will be recognized by cloudflare server.

Hi there
Unfortunately it is not working, and is causing issues with my clients -I have recommended Jotform to several of them and now they are all battling with these errors and finding it difficult to download their forms they are receiving. Not sure why at least three accounts I know of are having difficulty?
Please advise if this is something that can be resolved, I would hate to have to find another form site to work with!
thanks,
Louise -

I'm really sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we can't change the security level of Cloudflare server since that is there primary purpose to filter IP's and prevent our sites from bots and to run scripts to check sites vulnerabilities. This could be a problem with the batch of dynamic IP's generated by your ISP in South Africa.
There could be a warning in CloudFlares end to filter IP's coming from South Africa I'm just not sure about this as CloudFlare is a 3rd party service. The only way that I can think of is to complete the information given by CloudFlare.

Hiya
Yes, I think you are right, it must be affecting our SA IP's. I saw a press release (http://www.csoonline.com/article/2688729/data-protection/cloudflare-aims-to-simplify-ssl-encryption-with-free-service.html#jump) about this, and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be having the right affect on us. Hopefully we can find a work around as I am a huge fan of Jotform so don't want to give it up!
Thanks for your assistance, have a good weekend!
