We are a non-profit organisation and we have recently started using JotForm to collect information from our members.
We do not collect money via JotForm.
We have reached our 10 SSL submissions during the testing stage, and have changed all form submissions to non-secure. We are well bellow our non-secure allocation.
Could you please re-set the SSL submission report and enable our forms again, urgently?
We have members trying to use the form and encountering problems.
I appreciate your rapid assistance.

Hi Ronny,
For this time only I have reset to zero(0) your jotform current SSL submission count. You should now be able to use your jotform again.
Please take note that we only do this once. So, should you again exceed any submission limit for FREE subscriber, the next option should be to opt for next higher subscription type.
Inform us if there is more we can assist you with.
Thanks!
