I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your web page where you have embedded your web page and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. When I opened your web page, it did not display any captcha field. I was also able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please input the captcha value and then visit your web page again. See if you again see the captcha field.
