Unable to show specific fields based on the user's answer

    am trying to use Mutiple and I am successful in highlighting fields I want to show given a specific answer - however, when I go to preview, it only shows some of them why?


    I am on a deadline and need assistance.

    Hi Heide,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume this is the form you refer to. After cloning and testing it, I saw that you had hidden three necessary Page Breaks, which is why no other information shows up after selecting the Associate's Start Date. To unhide them is easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, go to Settings.
    • In the left menu, click on Conditions.
    • Hover your mouse over the second Show / Hide Field condition you created, unhide three Page Breaks and click on Save.

    The final result will look as follows:
