I am not seeing the images that are being sent. Also isn't the form information sent to my email address? This is not happening.

I guess you are referring to "Contact Form With Envelope Theme", which is the only one that has submissions:
I do not see any type of upload fields on the form.
On regards of the not receiving your email notifications, I noticed that the sender name is missing:
Sender Name :Make sure you assign it to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)
I made sure your email address is in our white-list. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names if the issue persists. (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)
