We set up a ticket template and it works well. When I download the Excel spreadsheet of the customers who bought tickets, I would like the spreadsheet to calculate the number of tickets sold. Is this possible?
The form is located at this address:

Did you mean that you are wanting the data to be added up for you for when your data is exported and downloaded as sort of an included prerequisite? Or were you possibly asking about this as a new feature that you are requesting perhaps?
Unfortunately, that is not possible as of right now that I know of. So in order to do that you would have to implement this outside of JotForm as a custom function on your excel sheet.

Each line in the spreadsheet represents a customer who bought tickets. There is a column that has this information in it:
Adult tickets (Amount: 12.00 USD, Quantity: 3) Total: 36.00 <---this info is is 1 cell.
Is it possible for the "Amount and Quantity", to have there own separate columns? This way I can download the spreadsheet and do a quick calculation on the total amount and total quantity sold.

@gerlsteve
We do not have that option unfortunately. However, you can try the following workaround using your MS Excel Application. http://www.jotform.com/answers/409905
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks!
