we have become aware of a problem receiving orders - we have constructed a JOTFORM order form which has been used successfully for over 90+ orders in the past year. Yesterday we were contacted by three (3) customers that received an order "thank you" but he orders did not come thru to us.
Could the problem be a need for our PGP Key number before forwarding?

The Sender email in the email alert configuration was missing, I just change it to the "Order By" question in the form. I also just sent a submission, and it went through with no problem, in fact I see the latest submissions successfully sent to your email address info@g***.com

So this should be now resolved.
However, I discovered a major problem that might cause the form and your account to be suspended by our phishing system.
