How to send invoice/receipt to a customer?

    Hi, I'm being requested to send a receipt for a bball camp a couple weeks ago. Is there a way I can email her?

    Hi SoCoHoops,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can enable invoices on your product field and then download the PDF invoice that is available on your PDF editor. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Product Field.
    2. Click on the Wand Icon and in the menu that opens on the right click on the Invoices tab.

    4. After enabling Invoices. Open your form Tables and a new template for the invoice should be available to be downloaded.
    5. Select the Submission that you want to get the invoice to and click on the 3 Dots icon.
    6. Under Download you should be able to download the Simple Invoice PDF.1658847297 62e00041bab63  Screenshot 21

    That's it. Once downloaded you should be able to email the PDF Invoice to your customer using your own email address. We also have a guide on how to generate invoices for your payment form that you can check out here.
