How to customize the welcome page of the form with our logo?

Hello AUSTRAL_ACCOUNTANTS,

Thank you for reaching out. You can edit your ‘Welcome’ and ‘Thank You’ pages after clicking ‘EDIT WELCOME PAGE’ and ‘EDIT THANK YOU PAGE’ texts.

1. Click ‘EDIT WELCOME PAGE’ text at the top of the form. (first screenshot)
2. Welcome page will be visible automatically.
3. Click the JotForm logo and properties menu will be visible automatically.
4. Upload your company logo instead of the JotForm logo.
5. If you want to change the title and description of the form, just click on the title or description and start editing.
6. Finally, you can hide the total question count if you click the cross icon at the bottom of Welcome Page.

I understand that you want to add into your welcome page the logo of your company and be able to customise it according to your needs.

There are different possibilities to make this happen. This is what you can try for both Classic and Card Forms:

In the Form Builder of Classic Forms, you will find the option "Add your logo"

1. Click on "Add your logo"
2. In Logo Properties you will be able to upload the logo, attach an image or enter the URL.

In the Form Builder of Card Forms:

1. Click on "Edit Welcome Page"
2. Remove the image that may be appearing and then it gives the option "Click to add your logo"
