Problem with file upload field

Can you please clarify, are you referring to the file upload field Please upload a picture of the front your drivers licence (PNG or JPEG file)? I have tested the field, and couldn't replicate any problems. Can you please let us know what the problem is exactly? Do you get any error messages when trying to upload files? If you do, it would be really helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error with us so we could better understand the issue.
