Hello, I'm from Poland so please forgive me my language. I have a problem with my 2 forms. My login is kathydd
email adress: biuro@lavida.edu.pl Messages with form do not came to my e-mail box. Please help me because I don't know what to do. I thank You for any help.

Hi,
I checked both of your forms Notification E-mail and I noticed that the there were wrong values in the Reply-To email field on the Notifier. I corrected it by just removing them.
Your form's submission email should now be fixed. Form submission emails should now arrive at your email biuro@lavida.edu.pl
