Hi - I realise the question seems counterintuitive but bear with me a moment ...
I am creating a series of linked anonymous forms where the user has an option of entering a unique pass-phrase to indicate that each form in the series has been submitted by the same user without providing identifying information about the user. I know how to do this part.
I'd like to be able to provide the user with an initial form where they enter their unique pass-phrase and their email address and the pass-phrase is emailed to them via a notifier for later reference when they complete the forms.
However, the challenge I'm having is that I want to send the pass-phrase via email but not record the email address or pass-phrase in the submission database - otherwise it somewhat defeats the anonymity :-)
Is there a way to ask for fields that you can use in an email notifier but don't get saved in the submission database?
Thanks
Simon

Hi Simon,
You can use this app: http://auto-delete.jotform.io/
This will automatically delete the submissions you receive on the particular form.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Regards!
