Square Integration: How to identify which credit card is used on a payment?

How in my sale report I can have which credit card has been used for a payment?

Please note that we do not save any credit card information of your form respondents. However, if you are going to integrate your form with Square, your customers' payment information is available on the Transactions tab of your online Square Dashboard. This includes details about your sales – the name of the cardholder associated with a purchase, and the last four digits of the card used.
