I downgraded my plan last month and it seems like I'm still being charged for a premium plan. I would like to downgrade to a regular plan.

Hi,
I checked your account and it appears you had a duplicate subscription for a month. You have successfully cancelled one but the other has not been. I went ahead and cancelled the duplicate and refunded your for the month you were charged twice. You should see this reflected in you account in 5-7 business days.
