Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have access your form in my google chrome browser, and I am not able to replicate the issue. I would able to click the Save Button with no issues. See the screencast below:
Please try clearing your browser cache on your google chrome and check if it helps to resolve the issue. This guide will show you how to do that.
