How to remove CAPTCHA verification after submitting the form

    Need help to remove Captcha after submitting the form. I also believe that I don't have so many submissions thus far. Would you'll be able to help? Thanks

    Hello Juztin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you did not add the captcha field to your form, it appears that our anti-spam system is displaying it instead. To decrease the likelihood of spam submissions to your form, we use reCaptcha. Could you please confirm if you are only experiencing the issue with WiFi network? If the problem still exists, please try using a different browser with a different internet connection.

    I'd want to let you know that since reCapthca is necessary for security, it cannot be deleted. However, if the account is on a paid plan and is sending out a lot of submissions, we can whitelist it. If you think that you will receive more than 100 submissions/month which is the limit for free plan, you might want to consider upgrading so we can review your form and whitelist your account.
