Please let me know if you hit your monthly submissions, where do the overage submissions go? Are they stored and delivered to your account the following month when your account is active again? or does the user get an error message?

Hi,
Unfortunately when you reach your form limits your account and forms are disabled. They will not be able to accept submissions at all. The user will get a "This form has been disabled" message. You will receive emails letting you know when you are close to your account limits. If you simply need more submissions you can always always do one of these:
http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore
