    Hi jluo605,

Thanks for using Jotform. Yes, you can attach form submissions as PDF files to Notification Emails. Let me walk you through it:

    • First, if you don't have any PDF documents yet, you'll need to create one. Just click on the Tools menu in the left top corner and click on PDF Editor.
    • Enter a name for the document and choose a layout.
    • Now, click on Create.

    • After creating it, go back to Form Builder and click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar.
    • Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
    • Hover over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
    • Click on the Advanced tab.
    • Toggle PDF Attachment to the On position, and choose the PDF file you created.
    • Now, just scroll down the page, click on Save, and you're done.

    Hi jluo605,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you share with us a screenshot of the email that shows the download link of the PDF file of your form? Check this link for your guide on posting screenshots in the support forum. I have checked your account and seen that you have created forms on your account. Can you share with us the URL of the form involved that is attached to the download PDF link? Please see this link on getting the URL of the form.

If you are pertaining to the Autoresponder Email that is being sent to the user after they filled out your form, you can manually remove the download PDF link from the email content. See the screencast below on how to do it:

    1. On the orange navigation bar, go to the Settings.
    2. Choose the Emails from the left panel.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon on the Autoresponder Email.
    4. On the Email content, remove the PDF link.
