Form Calculation Widget: Field calculation/formula

See below link - in the cost, cash, and retail columns I want to duplicate those formulas just like what is in the excel sheet (the formula changes depending on the size column)

Here is an example of the form I need to place in my “finance” column - the tricky part for me is the paranthesis

Thanks for getting back to us and for the added information. Can you share with us the fields where should be the calculation be applied? I believe the parenthesis location will be the same on setting it up on the Form Calculation Widget or the Calculation Conditions.
