    Hello Mikkel, 

    At the moment, the results page for the Quiz Form app is static and  therefore non customizeable. 

    I have notified our developers regarding your request to customize the quiz-form app results page.

    In the meantime, it will be of great help if you would elaborate a little more on the kind of layout you are looking for.

    I have the same need, to style the results page. The simplest option would be to be able to inject custom CSS.

    Unfortunately this is not yet available, but I have moved your question to a new thread so that we can raise this to our developers on that new thread as well http://www.jotform.com/answers/481485

    This will show our developers just how many people would like to see this implemented and available in jotform.

    It is now possible to customize the results page and the email result in the quizform app.
