    Hi ive tried doing this and it all looks right but when i test it the pdf isnt there. Can you help please

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. With which form you are having this issue with? I checked your last edited form Summer Reading List and Resources and found that you have configured your auto-responder email alert correctly to attach a PDF file that you have uploaded.

    I have sent a test submission in your form, and the auto-responder email I received does not include the PDF attachment. Please share the PDF file that you have uploaded in auto-responder email alert and we will take a look. You can upload the file to Dropbox or Google Drive and share the URL with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
