Hello wznehme,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume you wanted to put the app created in Jotform on the Home Screen of your phone. If yes, simply open the form/app in the mobile web browser. I used Chrome below. Tap the menu icon and then select Add to Homescreen. This will open a dialog for you to give the form a name and it will have a preset Jotform Logo.
If you want users to be able to add the app to their Home Screen, you may use the Add to Home Screen widget.
If you want to download the Jotform App, download it in Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

I just want to be able to use the app as a marketing tool and a data collection tool for my insurance agents. I was successful setting up some apps yesterday and integrating Zapier. I'm not sure what happened but I don't see that connection anymore.
Also, I was prompted once to add the app to my homescreen and taskbar when I first made them but since then I have made some changes to the app. So I have had to uninstall them and now I'm trying to reinstall them.
Nothing is going right for me with the forms right now. Initially, it was great! But now it's not so great.
Can I sign up for membership to get some live chat customer support and get this going?

My name is prepopulating the boxes on the app, but I don't want that. Can you fix this. My name is not typed like this in the form but it's showing up in the app. I can't figure this part out yet.

Where do I go to get the option to add the app to my desktop? I have figured out how to do it on mobile device. I just go into mobile web browser and manually type in the URL of the app. Then I click on the arrow to add to my home screen.
I thought that I had it figured out and going but running into lots of little buggy issues.

How do I access all of the apps that I have created. The site isn't intuitive yet at all. I can't get where I'm trying to go so that I can make changes. When I do actually find something and make a change on a form it's like a miracle.

For this question:

Please note that you are currently logged in to your Jotfomr account that's why your app is prepopulated with your Jotform name. I viewed your form and it's prepopulating my name as well. Here's a screenshot:
If a user that does not have a Jotform account views your form, the name section on your App will not be prepopulated.
I will get back to you shortly with the answer to the other questions.

Where do I go to get the option to add the app to my desktop?
I can see that you have the Homescreen Modal enabled on your App's settings, please see the screenshot:
Since that is enabled, every time your form is being accessed using your web browser, the option to add the app to your Homescreen will pop up. You must click 'ADD TO HOMESCREEN' so that it's added to your desktop or Mac pc.

You can access all your App on the My Apps page. This can be accessed from your account home page. Here's how:

Thanks for your help! The first time that I created the apps I was prompted just like what you said. Now I am trying to redo it and I am not receiving the prompt to add to the desktop again. I did the fist time but now that I have gone in and made some changes, it' s not doing that for me. Make sense?
I need to also check on the integration with Zapier. Why is that not showing up today but it was perfectly fine yesterday?

If you are not getting the Add to Home screen while loading the app, you can go to the browser settings to find the Install button. Check out my screen recording here.
To find all the Zaps that you have created you can log in to your Zapier account.

I'm seeing your screen recording but have no clue how you did that or how it was done. I am on my laptop and trying to figure out how to click on the settings to add the app to home screen. I don't know if somehow you are refreshing the page and getting it to reset or what. Mine isnt doing that though. Here 's another screen shot from my laptop.
I really have no clue how to do what the screen recording video is showing us. It just happens without an arrow or pointer. The video just shows the app reloading and doing what it is supposed to do but mine will not do that.
Please help.
Please also help me understand why my Zap DISAPPEARED after I successfully created it. I also successfully submitted an application with no problem the first time.
Please help again.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The reason you did not get the popup and have the field with your name is because you are in the form builder. Please log out of your Jotform account and try to open the app (not the form) on a different browser or device.
