Use data from a table column in a dropdown menu.

Is it possible to create an action in a form that will pull certain data from a table and insert it into the form?

For example: Assume that I have a form called Estimate. Among other things, it has text fields for customer name and address. I want to click a button to "Select Customer" that will give me a list of customers that have already been added to a Jotform Table. I then want to be able to select a customer and have their name and address populate my Estimate form.

If this won't work, is there another way like using an app?

Thanks Collin but that won't work.

I need to be able to select dynamic data from a spread sheet or Jotform table. This method would require me to upload the spread sheet each time it's updated.

    Hi Bradly,

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
