When I test the form, or send to others to test, we get the message Sorry only one entry is allowed. Multiple submission ar disable for this form..

Thank you for contacting us.
The issue is caused by an Unique Submission option set to a Strict Check mode on your form. It is equal to 1 submission per IP address limit.
If you would like to allow multiple submissions per IP address, please remove that Strict Check limit.

Hello ManjimupBluegrass,
You can take advantage of our "Unique Question" feature to achieve your requirement. You can make your email address field of your form as unique question which will ensure that one email address can only be used only once in form submission. Please check the screenshot below:
