this isn't working...
i have tried every combination on the form i'm building and it does NOT put the actual form respondent's email into the reply-to - it simply aliases MY email address... i've tried with noreply, and multiple other addresses that i've verified, and still the reply-to is WRONG...
which makes it very cumbersome for replying to form respondents by email when their notification arrives.
please help

When you assign a field to the "Reply-to Email" field, it is the one where a submitter puts his email address, that field is usually labeled as "E-mail":
So, when you receive your email notification, you will see the email address of the respondent:
So, upon checking your form, I see the email notification is properly set up, could you send us a screenshot of the problem you are seeing?
