Good afternoon. My name is Monica Neiman, M.Ed. I took over administration of my company's JotForm account from the previous Program and Engagement Director in September 2021. I switched over the name and contact information from the previous Director to my information. However, congregants are sharing that the form receipts show that the email comes from the previous Director, Claudia Griner and not my name. How do I go about changing this?

Hello Monica,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the form shown on your screenshot and I can see that the name for your autoresponder email has already been restored back to Jotform. If you want to customize the Sender email, it can be done in your Email Settings, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover over the Auto Responder Email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Click the Recipients tab.
- Update the name under Sender Name.
This is what the Autoresponder email would look like after the changes:
