We can help, but I just ask you to please confirm us the calculation formula:
(base page rate x number of pages)+ copy rate+expedite rate+additional fees
If the formula is correct please copy the formula:
You can also inspect and clone the form:

Actually, it should be Base rate plus copy rate plus expedite rate x number of pages plus additional fees for the total. Thanks! Can you do that for me???

I've tried numerous times and it's just not calculating properly.
Basically it's supposed to take a page count, say, 500 pages. So you put in the base rate, say 5, add copy of 1, expedite of 2, so that makes it $8 per page, multiply it by 500 pages, add additional fees of $100 and should calculate to $4,100. I'm getting a # that's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off.
HELP!

OK, great. Per Carina's note above, here are directions on how to clone Welvin's form:
http://support.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
So just import this form into your account to view the updated form:

If you'd like to keep them within your existing form, and not create a new one, then you'll have to copy them over manually. Please let us know if you need further assistance with making this update.
