The way I have set it up I can't use the jot table or google sheet to tally individual products types. What is the best template or section to use for this? I cant find the answer in the FAQ or forum without spending loads of hours looking

    Thanks

    Hello waiukuproducecoop,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your form from the backend. I didn't find any where you were trying to tally the products or comparing the products. Could you please elaborate your requirement in a bit more detail so we can guide you accordingly. Currently it seems a little confusing as per your last comment. I can see it is a purchase order form and it seems to be good purchase order form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Ok, so here is what I want to do - Instead of all "My products" falling under one heading/column as below, I want each product to have its own column so say beetroot for example, I want it to total individually for that customer on that day or our chosen date range. This would allow us to know how much beetroot we need to fill the orders for that day or how much has been ordered for the selected date range.
I would like it if this could be done by jot back end preferably or if not them through using google sheets but preferably jot though to save admin time of having to use a separate software.

    Hello waiukuproducecoop,

Thank you for getting back to us. By default, products are shown in a single column in Tables view as you had mentioned. To view each purchased product's details, it can be done by clicking on the product cell or clicking on the view button to expand the product details. The only option available is to download the submissions in an Excel file.

Unfortunately no, it is currently not possible to display products and quantity in a separate column of forms submission or tables page. Please note that the data of each field will be displayed in a separate column on the forms submission or tables page. Since the payment tool is also one single field, data of all the products selected will be displayed in one single column. If you want to see the data separately, here are the options available to achieve your requirement:

    1) Download your form's submission data in an Excel file and then split the data of the payment tool into separate columns. You may like to take a look at the following guide.

    2) Use regular form fields in the form to list your products. You can then add the form calculation widget to calculate the amount and pass it to the payment field of your form. The following guide.

Additionally, you could create a Visual Report in your report builder that breaks down the product details.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Hello waiukuproducecoop,

Since the feature that you're looking for isn't available at Jotform Tables right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
