I added an "other" option to the check-box questions on my form and it won't let me type anything into the "other" box.
the password to access the site is: postandgrant

I tested the standalone version and the "other" option is working properly, allowing user to type an option. There must be a conflict between the site's a form's code.
You may try embedding your form again, using the iFrame embedding method:

Hi,
The standalone version on my computer is not working. I tried re-embedding the code, but it still doesn't work. Do you have any other suggestions on how to fix this? Is there a reason it's not working, even on my standalone version?
Thanks,
Emily

Hello Emily,
I did check your form with its direct URL and it seems to be working as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
There seems to be some code conflict between the form script/css code and the other code available in your web page. To solve this problem, please re-embed your form using it iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you in grabbing your form's iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!

Oh great! I'm not sure what fixed it, but it seems to be working for me now, too!
Thank you so much for your help!
