I have clients that get all the way to the end of my Enrollment form. They erroneously miss a box, so click Submit. Unfortunately, the ENTIRE form of their entries erases and they must start from scratch. This is very frustrating for them and for me. Please help me fix this. The page break option I found when researching is not suitable for me. Is there another way?

Hi,
You should enable the Auto Save feature of the form if your form is quite long and have a lot of questions.
Please refer to this user guide -How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature
Hope this help. Inform us if there is more we can assist you with.
Thanks!

Okay the link works now--I had to copy and paste it into a browser instead of click on it. Thanks. However, I went to follow these instructions and found them to already be set on these settings. So why are my users still experiencing the wipe of all of their data?

I just tried it on your Client Enrollment Form https://www.jotform.com/31395646681160 and the feature was working.
I fill-in some initial data and then close the form using the 'x' button in the browser. When I opened the form again, I can see the "auto saved" initial data I added.
Can you please try the same process on your end? Tell us if it does not have the proper result.
You need to wait at least 4 secs before the auto saved triggers, then close the browser.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, this is not what I am implying. If you will refer to my initial post, the problem is when the user hits 'Submit' but they unknowingly missed a box. That is when the entire form deletes.

Sorry but I'm unable to replicate the issue. Can you please tell us how your client was able to produce the problem? Here's what I did, I tried filling your form and intentionally skipped some of the fields and tried to submit but then I get an error message and it does not delete the entries.
Have you tried it on a different browser if this behavior still happens?

The clients are either on Firefox or Internet Explorer. They said the entire form deleted. I don't know how else to tell you what is going on . . . :/

Hi,
I too was not able to reproduce the issue when I tried doing the procedure you mentioned.
I was not able to submit the form successfully due to the unanswered required questions, but it also did NOT erase or delete the existing entries.
Will you be able to ask the client if they can reproduce the issue on their end?
If its not much to ask, perhaps you can get more details from the client who was experiencing the mentioned problem.
Please inform us if this issue remains.
Thanks!
