I need the guests to first enter the number of guests that will be arriving. Then i need that many number of groups of following entry boxes to show up on my reservation form.
name of guest- text box
age- text box
sex- drop down
address- text area.
smoking area access reqd( y/n) - radio
please help/ how can it be accomplished

Hi,
I think it is easier if you're using dynamic fields like configurable list widget. So the user can add as many fields as they want by clicking add more button.

Or if you're really looking for a conditional fields then that's still possible with Jotform.

To create a number based condition, I would suggest using Spinner tool, it's under Survey Tools.
Then use Greater Than as the operator. Example:
e.g. If Number of Guests is Greater Than 1
Show Field 1
Show Field 2
Show Field 3 ...and so on.
