Can we change the mail Id instead of Jotform to our personal for auto responder email or email notification?

    2) I did a sample entry and hit "submit." I then got an email from jotform. Is there a way for submissions to come directly to us...or will they alway have to be forwarded by jotform?

    Hello Randy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just want to confirm it once your requirement is to change the mail ID from which the email notification comes after submitting form from Jotform mail ID to Your personal Mail ID?

    If so then yes it is possible to do that by adding your Mail Id in your form using SMTP and change the email notification settings to use your personal mail ID to send the mails after form submission. To add the sender email in your account please follow the step below:

    • Hover your mouse over your Avatar on the top right corner of the screen.
    • Click on the Setting

    • Scroll down to the Sender Email.
    • Click on the Edit on the left, Sender Email Button will appear.

    • Click on Sender Email Button, Add SMTP details in the pop up dialog box.
    • Click on the Add Email button to add the email.

    Once Email Added, go to email notification in your form and change the sender email to your newly added Email and save the Email notification Settings. For more information please check this guide on How to Set up SMTP for a Form.
