How can I have customers fill out a form WITHOUT having to login?

    Hello,

I have created a feedback form for a business I manage.

Before putting this form live, I sent out a few links to friends to have them help me test it out.

They all said the link requires them to log in before completing the form. I know my customers won't want to make a new account for a 1 time use of this site.

Is there any way to turn off the requirement that makes customers log in to fill out the form?

I have already tried sending the link as a "Submit Only" and I do not have any HIPPAA filters on my account.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hello ann809,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support, and we apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. To share your form with others without them needing to create a Jotform Account, the form share settings must be in Public. To do so, please follow the steps and screencast below:

    • IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the Form Settings menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
    • Click the gear-like icon next to the Link to Share option to open its Share Settings.
    • Select Public Form.
