Accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. I have checked your account and your email notifications setup too.I have got that you didn't setup noreply@jotform.com as your sender email.I believe that's making troubles for email notifications setup.

So,kindly set Email sender email to noreply@jotform.com and check whether it works fine.
