I am lucky because I have downloaded the excel file, but now? It is all ok or we are still missing other subscriptions?

Missing all but only a few, seemingly random, submissions... forms cloned yesterday and today also vanished. Extremely embarassing.

Same here. Went to bed last night and had about 30 submissions and today I see submissions from a couple of days ago. WTF is going on?

Yes we are on high alert.
The issue is currently being addressed by our developers; For some of you - your forms are possibly.
Kindly check and confirm.

Hello,
The issue is now fixed - Your forms/submissions have now been restored.
This was caused by a database replication problem on our end - and we have fixed it now.
Please accept our sincere apologies.

As a new user, I’m betting I hit my quota without realizing there was one. I’m happy to upgrade but will need the data that was in responses.
