Form Accessibility: The usual warning/error message displayed on the affected field is removed when Form Accessibility is enabled

Enabling the Form Accessibility setting changes where the field error messages are displayed: instead of being displayed in the highlighted question area, they are displayed at the top of the page. Is this the intended behaviour?

I did some tests on my sample form and I can see the issue you're referring to. When the Form Accessibility setting is enabled, the usual warning message displayed on the affected field is removed. I'm not sure if this is the intended behavior when the said setting is enabled but I have forwarded this to our back-end team for clarification and possible rectification if this is not the intended behavior.
