Good morning!
Is it possible to start a form with a URL parameter, i.e. email address, and then once the form loads, it goes and POSTS to a webhook to retrieve data to prefill the rest of the form?
Using your rules I think it is so close! If (as an example) on form load, if email is prefilled, call a webhook which expects it to pass back JSON parameters to fill the rest of the form.
When I load a prefilled from using the URL's, I don't want everyone to see a HUGE URL parameter list.
Thanks!
Barry

Hi,
Unfortunately the option to prefill form using Webhook method is not available.
An alternative option I suggest you check is using the Spreadsheet to Form widget. If you can put your data in a spreadsheet (i.e. Excel), then you can use the spreadsheet as data source to prefill the form.
User guide : How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget
There is also the built-in Manual Prefill option in the form Publish settings.
User guide : How to Prefill Form Fields With Data You Provide with Manual Prefill
I hope this help. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks, unfortunately I want this dynamic so I can't keep updating an excel form.
Is this feature on your future roadmap? Other than this, I think your product is great, just this is a big stumbling block for me.
Thanks!

I understand. I have now submitted this ticket to our development team as a feature request ticket. The feature requested is to have option to prefill the form using Webhook method.
We will notify you here and in your email for any news/updates related to this feature.
