Currently, I can either download one PDF at a time or Download ALL which includes deleted files. I would like to download a batch of PDFs by selecting a Group. After 4 or 5 days of completed forms, the system generates forms I do not need if I have previously downloaded them. It does not help to Archive or Delete the submission because when you select, "Download all", it downloads Active, Archived and deleted submissions. Is there a solution to this?

Hi Alan,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support! Hope you are doing well and safe.
Here's how you can download a batch of selected pdf files:
- In the submission page you can select a range to be displayed in the grid by pressing the gear icon (setting button) and select the dropdown to select a custom range.
- After that, it will open a new window where you can select the date range you wish to view.
This is the range that will be displayed in the grid and if you press any download option, only the submission displayed in the grid will be downloaded.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, that puts them all in one PDF. I need them as separate PDFs like I get when I am in the PDF editor to be distributed to our agents. Is there any way to do that?
