I tried doing this. When I click on the jotform icon it says that I don't have any forms yet. I have created the form in my jotbform account

When you're trying to click the Jotform icon, is it from the website? Could you send the specific link of the button you would like to access?

As per checking, It could be possible that the issue appeared if your website is using Http, not Https. May I ask for your help to ensure that your site is secure first.
I also suggest trying embedding your form using the form's iframe code. Here's the guide on how to do it: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
But if you want to use the plug-in, kindly try deactivating/uninstalling the plug-in and then reactive/reinstall it.
