Hello,
I saw from tutorials that you could send PDFs in emails even when you are HIPAA-enabled encrypted, but whenever I encrypt a form I lose he ability to send PDFs. Did you change this option or is there a step I am missing?
Thanks

Hi, thank you for contacting support.
The HIPAA settings do have a lot of additional security measures, which is also why the PDF attachment is turned off by default, and why the data is set as "Hidden to protect your privacy".
You can still include PDF attachments to the emails if you provide them with a strong password.
Please refer to our guide here on how to set up the PDF attachments for HIPAA:
GUIDE: How-to-include-submissions-as-pdf-attachment-in-the-email-notifications
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
