Integrate Jotform with an Electronic Health Record software such as AthenaHealth?

Unfortunately, Jotform doesn't have a direct integration with any Electronic Health Records (EHR) software yet but I have forwarded this as a feature request to our back-end team to see if this integration can be implemented in the future. We cannot guarantee that this will be implemented nor can we provide an ETA but we'll be sure to notify you here once we receive any updates from them.

However, there might still be a workaround for what you need. You can use Webhooks to send the submitted data to a URL. Same process as this, you also can enable the Send Post Data setting in your form and set up a redirect URL in your Thank You page. With that, it will send the submitted data to your Thank You page.

But depending on your EHR software, you might need to hire a developer to read the data sent by Jotform, then write it into your EHR.
